RMD Athletes and Coaches Reminder

Rocky Mountain  Division Confirmation of Intention to Compete Please use this new form for intent to competes.  There is a new policy concerning intent to competes that was passed at the May 2005 ACC.  There is a $50 fee per athlete for the intent to compete.  If a club would like to turn in a club credit card for their athletes I won't charge the card unless a confirmed athlete doesn't start at an event.  Then I will charge it for the athlete that didn't start and it will up to the club to collect the $50 from the athlete.  If a club doesn't want to use a club credit card then I will need a separate intent fee for each athlete.  All unused fees will be refunded or credited at by April 15th.     There are two tabs on this worksheet.  The first is the intent to compete form and the second is an example as to how to fill the form out.  It should be easier for everyone in the long run.    Intent to compete deadlines:  Races in November and December - October 22nd  Races in January - December 1st  Races in February - January 1st  Races in March and April - February 1st    Please let me know if you have any questions.   Thanks,  Darlene Please send to USSA/RMD, P.O.
